Like the Ooni Karu 12, the Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven has a wide range of fuel options, you can try using wood and/or charcoal for the romance of fire and fun experience or simply plug in the gas burner and casually sit back and sip on a beer or a glass of wine and wait for the Karu 16 to get up to temperature.

Having all-new design features, the Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven can make 16-inch pizzas while attaining excellent heat control, more fuel-efficient airflow, increased oven insulation and better visibility brought by the new hinged oven door design with ViewFlame™ technology.

The little beaut of a pizza oven also has the convenience of checking the heat through the mounted digital thermometer which displays the internal ambient oven temperature in F or C. 

With the extreme heat, the large cooking area allows you to have more control over the placement of your pizza and food that in turn allows you to be in total control of the cook. 

The Karu 16 oven is up to temperature (500°C) after a minuscule preheat period of just 15 minutes.  Once up to temperature you can make flame-cooked pizzas in 60 seconds, perfectly seared Tomahawk steaks, grilled veggies and even more with the Ooni Karu 16 oven.
