Azzurra perforated round aluminum launching peel on Gi.Metal's 2Smart detachable handle. Perforations shed excess flour so bases do not burn; the anodized head stays light and rigid.
2Smart is Gi.Metal's detachable-handle system: the head unclips from the handle so you can swap lengths, replace a damaged part and store or ship the peel flat.
