Special Care for Large Orders – LTL Delivery
Our larger, traditional-size pizza ovens are shipped using Less Than Truckload (LTL) delivery, complete with liftgate service. This ensures a secure and convenient kerbside delivery experience right to your residential address.
Every LTL we include with appointment to ensure that the delivery comes when you have agreed to be home.
For shipments arranged this way with scheduled delivery appointments:
- Your presence and signature are necessary during delivery.
- Our shipment employs a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services.
- Please note that the delivery takes place at the curb. This implies that it's your responsibility to transport the shipment to its intended location.
- We recommend having a minimum of two helpers on standby to offer assistance with the delivery process and take within your residence.
- Note the weight of your items in your order when ordering as some items weight over 400lbs and could require upwards of 2 people and possibly lifting equipment that is your responsibility to move the item from kerbside.
When arranging the shipment's delivery window, the provided main contact number during checkout is used. Please ensure it's accurate for smooth communication.
